We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pest Control Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional pest management services while ensuring safety, compliance, and exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities:ā¢ Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations, conditions conducive to pest activity, and entry points.ā¢ Apply chemical and non-chemical pest control treatments safely in compliance with local regulations and company safety policies.ā¢ Prepare and maintain detailed service reports and treatment records for each client visit.ā¢ Advise customers on preventive pest management practices and sanitation measures.ā¢ Calibrate, maintain, and store pest control equipment and materials properly.ā¢ Participate in regular safety and technical training to stay current with best practices and legal requirements.Achievements:ā¢ Reduced customer callback rate by 30% through improved inspection and preventive treatment strategies.ā¢ Achieved 95% customer satisfaction in annual service survey.ā¢ Certified in safe handling and application of pesticides underĀ
